When I heard the word professionalism,this is what comes to my mind:the way you carry yourself,the way you dress,how you proform on the job,your code of conduct,behaviour etc.
However,today in class I’ve learnt that professionalism is more than that.It is about the way you interact with your pupils and your classroom settings.Once you can communicate with your pupils on a daily basis and the classroom is organize in such a way that the learners are comfortable then learning will definitely take place.
Professionalism is not just about how you dress, behaviour,code of conduct but also how you manage the classroom as a teacher.Professionalism is something that cannot be taught .
